Tools you will need for this tutorial
PSP
VM Tool Box
FM Tile Tools
These two ...  tubes
1.  Open flower tube.  Duplicate, then minimize one of them.  Resize canvas 950 x 950.
2.  VM Toolbox, Radial Mosaic...default settings.  Angle 54, Radius 94, Adjust 128.  Duplicate, mirror.  Merge visible.
3. Effects, Mosaic Antique, with these settings.

4.  Set your background color to something that compliments your graphic so far.  Mine was set to white.  Go to VM Natural, Plastic Starfish with these settings.  Please feel free to experiment here.

Here's what I have to this point.

5.  Open your flower tube (the one included with the zip file with the edges already ripped).  If you prefer to make it yourself, I used Plugin Galaxy, Edge Tools, Ripped Edge.  Copy and paste into the middle of this "flower petal".  Drop Shadow settings, then reverse (-1, -1):

6.  Duplicate layer, mirror.  Line them up how it looks pleasing to you.  Turn off all layers, and merge just these two visible.  Line up within the "petals", once again what looks pleasing to you.  At this point you may reduce this layer by 90% if you like that look.
7.  Turn off the flower layer and duplicate the "petal" layer.  (If you're not going to save this as a gif, then add a drop layer...as before....before you duplicate).   Get on the original "petal" layer and grab the deformation tool, and rotate slightly.  Make sure you are on the bottom layer so that when you twist it you won't change the mosaic look in the middle.  Merge layers visible, resize to your liking, I resized mine down to 500 x 500.  I keep mine big until I know what I'm going to do with it.
8.  Open Friends are the flower tube, copy and paste as a new layer onto the "flower".  Resize it, if it doesn't look right to you.  Add a drop shadow to give it depth, same as before.
9.  New layer, text tool.  Pick a font you like, type your name.  I used Bradley Hand ITC (love that font), and #CA4270.  And used this bevel.

Drop shadow as before.  Duplicate for extra pizzazz!  Merge visible.
** Hope you've been saving along the way in case psp crashes.  Always, Always sign your work also.  Now would be a good time to save this flower as a tube.  Now, let's find some ways to jazz this up some.
10.  Duplicate your flower tube you just made.  Effects, mosaic antique.......same settings as before.  Copy and paste the tube you made as a new layer on this mosaic graphic.  I resized this new layer by 90% twice.  Added a drop shadow to this new layer.  Merge layers visible.  If you save as a gif, don't add a drop shadow it looks terrible.  If you're going to save it as a sig tag, add a drop shadow after you've merged all layers visible.
