I tried really hard to read the artists signature, but I couldn't. Whoever it is, they do magnificent work. This psp8 mask or the JPG Text for printing out I was designing a journal page for my wonderful mother-in-law, and saw something in the design that I really liked. I cut it out, tweaked it quite a bit and came up with this mask. I just thought it was so pretty, so I wanted to share with you how to make this frame. The instructions will be written as though you are using the same graphic. My tutorials tend to have a lot of graphics for the beginners, even though this is about a level 4 or 5 tutorial. Also, please note that I am writing my tutorials now in PSP8, as that is all I use now. 1. Open the graphic, duplicate it twice. Minimize one and close the original. 2. Make a new layer and flood fill with the cream color D5CEBE. I chose this from the flower. 3. Load the mask provided. SQgraceful. Layer, delete and answer yes to merge into layer. 4. Apply this inner bevel and the following drop shadow. vert 3; horiz 0; opacity 100; blur 7.92 5. Add a border of 5 pixels, white. Use your favorite preset from Super Blade Pro, or Ulead's Art Texture. I used Super Blade Pro D_gunmetal blue. Apply the above inner bevel. 6. Add a border of 35 pixels, white. Magic Wand select it, flood fill with the cream color D5CEBE. While still selected, apply Texture, blinds with these settings. 2, 65, light from left, 202020 Leave selected and add a layer. Flood fill this new layer with the flower graphic you minimized in the beginning.    7. Load the mask again, SQgraceful. Layers, delete, yes for the merge. What I did then was to select all (on the mask layer), float, applied FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss. If you don't have that, apply sharpen. Then apply the same inner bevel, and shadow. 8. Add a border of 45 pixels using this wine color #502529. Apply the same blinds setting to this border. Selections, modify, contract 12. Then go to effects, chisel, use these settings. Then Apply the inner bevel as above. 6, solid color, black 9. Now before you do anything else, duplicate this image. To this new image, promote background to layer. Go into the middle and "cut out" the flower picture. Flood fill this selection with #502529. Now select the selection tool, ellipse. Select and oval area right in the middle of what you just flood filled. After you have it just the way you want it. Delete the oval. Then go to selections invert, and apply the same bevel. There you go, now you have yourself a new frame you can use anytime. Here's what it will look like. 10. Ok, now back to the original frame. It's finished. I tried out a couple of corner dings, but I think it was just too busy with using the two masks. Watermark or sign your work and size it to send in to your list. Hope you had fun!
